1. Return Policy

• Customers can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

• A return request must be accompanied by an unboxing video as proof of the product's condition.

• Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact.

• Returns due to damage, defects, or wrong items will be accepted after verification.

2. Refund Policy

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be credited within 7 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method  used during the purchase in 7 business days.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Damaged and defective products replacement will be processed with in 5-7 days.

• Hygiene-related items such as bath products and fragrances cannot be returned once used.
